Mitchell's Quarry Established in 1995 is located in the beautiful central Vermont town of Plainfield .
High atop Gallop Hill overlooking the woscter mountian range to the north. The stone quarried is
called (Waits River Phylite) It is a medium to high grade shist stone. Excellent for walls, walkways,
patios, and steps. The primary colors of the stone being rusty red, grey and black which mix well
together and will enhance the look and value of your home.
This walkway was built in 2002 in Marshfield Vermont. The stone used is small patio stone.
